- Make your character pawn a child class of the included area trigger base parent class or add the interfaces to your existing character and set up accordingly to your liking. Once you've done this area trigger can begin interacting with your character. SIMPLE!

- The jump pad is not your average jump pad. rather than simply just moving the pawn somewhere. area trigger uses the world's gravity and the player pawns mass to then calculate a launch trajectory which is also visualized with a line trace in the editor.
